It has come to Northernreef Insurance Company SA notice and their agents that a particular person writing under a pseudonym has been circulating inaccurate and detrimental statements concerning those organisations and promoting a similarly named company not in any way associated with them.
Following extensive investigation a claim submitted was found to be outside the policy coverage and in breach of conditions and warranties of the contract. As this matter is in the hands of underwriter's legal representatives and is prejudicial it will not be detailed further at this time.
Both underwriters and their agents would like to point out that all claims are and will continue to be dealt with speedily, efficiently and sympathetically within the terms and conditions of Contract Issued.
